I wandered around Friday, Saturday and Sunday night looking for the party. Nada. Not a soul. Luckily Campeche was very pretty and I ate some great tacos 🥴😂💃🌮

Tulum has a bad rep these days but I was actually pleasantly surprised when I visited last week 🤗

Yes it's a tad touristy and expensive, but if you avoid the hotel zone, eat from street food stalls and travel by collectivo, I don't think it's anymore expensive than other areas in Yucutan 🇲🇽

There are some really cool Mayan ruins and beautiful cenotes (like this one 👀) close by, which definitely make it worth the visit 🙌🏼

I wouldn't say Tulum was one of my favourite places in Mexico but I'm really glad I went to make my own opinion of this ever-growing destination. It reminded me that every person travelling has different experiences in each place and just because one person doesn't like somewhere, it doesn't mean you'll feel the same ✨
